It is fair to say that leadership comes in all shapes and sizes. Depending on who you ask, leadership may hold varying levels of importance according to their influence and overall impact.

Regardless of your personal feelings or beliefs, I feel like most people would agree that spiritual leaders have one of the most important and difficult leadership positions that can be both very rewarding and extremely stressful.

One of the tenets of spirituality is to have an unwavering faith in God to see you through the tough times and give you peace when life is at its lowest. This calling is not one that should be taken lightly and this week’s guest is certainly someone that understands the importance of his impact on our community.

Pastor Saunders gives us some background to what lead him to becoming a preacher, what family life is like, some of the challenges the church faces in the 21st century and the responsibility of becoming a parent to his beautiful adopted son. Luke is just a regular dude that loves his family, loves his church, loves his community and above all, loves Jesus.
